Pricing

The first question everyone asks is "how much"? We have three levels of consulting:

Forensic Auditing

We come in for a week, look at your organization or plan, and generate a specific plan and budget. You can execute it yourself, contract another company, or contract IMC.... but you have a specific outline based on your  exact situation.

Organizational Consulting

"An outside view". We offer management consulting on plans. We're often "the second opinion", a cross-check. Fees are time and expenses based at normal consulting rates.

Launch or Rebuild Assistance

We help with audience analysis, set and graphics design, hiring, staff levels, competitive analysis, architecture, timetables, technology -- everything. We're usually there from the start.
This service always involves training for both new employees and new hires. We essentially create a temporary school that evolves into the mock-up for launch. This is not "button pushing" training, but organizational development.  We have found that presuming hires will come already trained is a mistake. They need to be bonded together as a unit, built around the owners vision.
